David Zincavage was born in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He attended college and lived for most of his adult life in New England.  He has worked in simulations, and operated Information Technology, real estate, and business services companies. He is married, and currently resides in Northern Virginia.

He also published a blog, titled Never Yet Melted.
